Manual harvest, soft pressing of the bunches at a temperature of 11 °C, clarifies at 10 °C for 24 hours, fermentation at 16 °C in steel barrels, after 4 months bottling, fermentation in the bottle of residual sugars for a minimum 40 months, disgorgement and final capping.
Color: pink with copper reflection
Perfume: the perfume is complex, characterized by fruity notes and floral, enriched by pleasant hints on bread crust.
Taste: the taste expresses a refined elegance, accompanied by pleasant. There is a delicate note of pepper set into the fruit, wild strawberries, raspberries and red apple freshness and pleasant creaminess of the bubble.
